Chapter 7: The Final Evidence

Justin's punch landed squarely on Xavier's face.

Blood trickled from the corner of Xavier's mouth as he stumbled backward.

"Listen to me!" Xavier shouted.

"There's nothing to explain!" Justin roared, grabbing him by the collar.

"You slept with my wife, got her pregnant, and still want me to listen?"

Sandra cried hysterically while trying to pull Justin away.

"Honey! Please stop! You'll kill him!"

"Shut up!" Justin shoved her aside.

"I've trusted you for three years, Sandra! Was I just a fool to you?"

The crowd around them grew larger.

Many people recognized Xavier and Sandra from the viral video.

"They're the cheating couple from the internet!"

"Someone call the police!"

"Record everything!"

Xavier finally broke free and pointed at me.

"Lily! Tell him! You know Sandra seduced me first!"

I looked at him calmly.

"Why should I help you?"

"You were my wife!"

"No," I corrected him.

"I'm simply the woman you betrayed."

Justin suddenly looked toward me.

"Mrs. Henderson... do you have any other evidence?"

I nodded.

"More than enough."

I opened my cloud drive and downloaded a folder.

Inside were dozens of videos from the hidden camera.

There were also GPS records, hotel parking receipts, restaurant bills, and screenshots of messages between Xavier and Sandra.

"I prepared these after discovering their affair," I explained.

"I was planning to use them during the divorce."

Justin silently accepted the USB drive I handed him.

He plugged it into his laptop inside his car.

One video after another began playing.

Every recording showed Xavier and Sandra acting like lovers.

"I love you."

"Once Lily signs the divorce papers, we'll finally be together."

"Don't worry. She's too stupid to notice anything."

Justin's fists clenched tighter with every sentence.

Sandra collapsed onto the ground.

"It's over..." she whispered.

Xavier's face turned completely pale.

He knew there was no escaping now.

At that moment, my lawyer called.

"Mrs. Henderson, the court has accepted your divorce application. Based on the evidence you've provided, your husband has almost no chance of winning the property dispute."

"Thank you," I replied with a smile.

Xavier overheard every word.

"Lily... don't do this."

"We've been together for seven years."

"Give me one more chance."

I looked into his eyes without a trace of emotion.

"In my previous life, I begged you for a chance too."

"Unfortunately for you... this time, I'm the one walking away."
