On the phone screen was the complete, unedited surveillance footage from outside the Sanctuary.
There were no cuts, no alterations.
Every second of the video was ironclad proof.
The footage clearly established the timeline.
9:00 PM: I finished my watch and walked out of the Sanctuary.
9:10 PM: I received the call from the trauma wing and rushed back.
9:18 PM: In my haste, I missed the open wolf trap and fell in.
For the next twenty long minutes, I had no way to get out or even move.
The Enforcer paused the footage and looked directly at Stella.
"Now tell me, how exactly did Cora treat the Luna if she was trapped in a silver pit during the entire rescue?"
Stella's face went white.
She opened her mouth, but no words came out.
The Ironclaw Alpha stared at the screen, his expression changing from rage to confusion.
"That's impossible."
"I saw her name on the treatment record."
The Enforcer gave a cold smile.
"Exactly. Her name is on the record."
"But the footage proves she wasn't anywhere near the advanced healing room."
A murmur swept through the hallway.
I lowered my eyes, pretending to be as confused as everyone else.
Inside, however, my thoughts were racing.
The red warnings had been right.
Stella had already prepared everything.
She had put my name on the medical records before I had even entered the building.
The Enforcer swiped to another document.
"This is the electronic treatment log."
"The first medication was administered at 9:16 PM."
My heart skipped a beat.
I had been trapped underground at 9:18 PM.
If I had really been the lead healer, I should have been inside before the first treatment began.
The timeline made no sense.
Then the Enforcer displayed the medication record.
"The Luna was given a high-concentration stimulant at 9:17 PM."
Stella's hands began to tremble.
I looked at her carefully.
For the first time since the Luna's death, the confident mask on her face was gone.
"Who authorized this dosage?" the Enforcer asked.
No one answered.
He looked down at the record.
"According to the system, it was authorized by Stella Harrison."
The hallway erupted.
"Stella?"
"Head Elder Harrison's daughter?"
"She administered the medication?"
Stella immediately stepped forward.
"No! That's not what happened!"
Her voice cracked.
"The system must have been altered. I never gave her that dosage."
The Enforcer's expression remained cold.
"Then we have another problem."
He opened the next file.
"Because the medication vial used on the Luna still has your healer's identification seal on it."
Stella's face lost every trace of color.
The Ironclaw Alpha slowly turned toward her.
"Stella."
His voice was dangerously quiet.
"What did you do to my Luna?"
